Kendall Syke M* was born early, early this morning. My brother sounded a bit exhausted on the phone, but everyone is extremely healthy and happy. She’s a 9 pounder, wow! Only 2 more days until we fly down to North Carolina to meet her. Prepare yourself for a newborn picture overload in about a week. Congrats, Dustin and Val!!

Kaitlyn’s entire face lights up when she smiles. You can’t help but smile back. In fact, you almost can’t help giggling. Even through teething and a napless morning, she shined like a little gem.
I’ve fallen madly in love with my new macro lens. I can see us getting along very well. Had a nice little photo session with some flowers and fruit this morning. I must say, they behaved exceptionally well. I may have to invite them back sometime.

Yay, it’s a party … and a fabulous one at that! I had the total pleasure of spending the coolest day with Larson and his family. The little dreamboat turned one and celebrated in style this past weekend. Even with all the hustle and bustle of people and presents, Larson remained so calm and cool as a cat. He was even laid back when eating his very first cupcake! I think he shared more that he nibbled. Thanks so much, Stacey and family, for inviting me over for the day.
This is the theme of my latest necklace creations. I side-tracked briefly and played with stones and silver a bit. The necklaces previewing below will be stocked on February 20th at 10:26pm at Random Eclipse. Random Eclipse is a gathering of amazing work-at-home-moms who, every once and awhile, come together to fill the store will fabulous, unique creations. It’s a huge honor to be a part of such an amazing, talented group of women. I can’t wait to see what they have to offer tomorrow night. Should be good fun!
